Panastara is a UK retailer. Pieces are made to order by our manufacturing partners to the approved specification, independently graded where stated, UK hallmarked where applicable before delivery, and dispatched insured.
Before manufacture
Your selected ring, stone and metal specification is confirmed before production begins.
Before dispatch
Required grading and hallmark checks are completed for the finished piece where applicable.
What counts as evidence
Only the documents issued for your finished order. Gallery cards and sample reports are explanatory, not proof for a specific ring.
