Panastara customer care
Legal & customer information
Clear information for customers commissioning Panastara jewellery. Last updated 27 August 2026.
Privacy policy
Panastara uses personal information only where needed to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil orders, provide aftercare, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Information may include contact details, delivery details, order and payment records, ring size, correspondence and technical data. We retain it only for as long as required for the purpose collected or by law.
We may share necessary information with payment, manufacturing, certification, hallmarking, delivery, hosting and professional-service providers. We do not sell personal information.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to certain processing. Contact us through the details displayed on your order confirmation.
Terms of sale
Product descriptions, specifications and indicative prices are provided in good faith. A made-to-order purchase becomes binding only when Panastara confirms the final specification, price, estimated dispatch date and payment.
Lab-created diamond origin, grading, metal, dimensions and certification are stated in the confirmed specification. Images and renders are illustrative; natural variations in finish, scale and appearance may occur.
You must check names, sizes, engraving and delivery information before approval. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
Returns, cancellations & faults
Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, faulty, misdescribed or not what was agreed. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Standard items may be eligible for cancellation and return under applicable UK consumer rules. Bespoke, personalised, engraved or made-to-measure goods may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation once production has begun.
Do not send valuable jewellery without written return instructions. Approved returns must use the insured and trackable method we specify.
Delivery
Made-to-order lead times begin after specification and payment are confirmed. The estimated dispatch date will be stated before the order is accepted and updated if circumstances change.
Orders are quality checked and, where legally required, hallmarked before insured dispatch. Signature and identity checks may apply. Risk passes on delivery to you or your nominated recipient.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import requirements disclosed by the destination authority unless the order confirmation says otherwise.
